SUNFLEX Germany has spent more than 40 years engineering and refining its systems. At SUNFLEX South Africa, we combine that expertise with local manufacturing, using German working components, South African aluminium profiles and locally sourced glass.
Each system is assembled at our Durban factory to the exact specifications of your project.

The working components are engineered, manufactured and tested in Germany for an international market, then imported directly from SUNFLEX Germany. These are the mechanisms behind the movement of the panels and the smooth opening and closing action you feel when using the system.
At our Durban head office and factory, the components are assembled with locally extruded aluminium profiles and glass. Powder coating and glazing form part of the manufacturing process, with each system tailored to the precise dimensions and configuration of your project.
Much of this work relies on experience. Many of our manufacturing team have been with SUNFLEX for a decade or more. They know how the systems fit together and the care needed to achieve a precise, beautifully finished result.

From our Durban factory, we supply projects across South Africa, supported by SUNFLEX offices, showrooms and in-house installation teams in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg. Our highly trained teams install each system with precision, ensuring a seamless fit and smooth operation.
We also supply a national network of trade customers who are trained and accredited to install SUNFLEX systems. This extends our reach while keeping specialist product knowledge close to the project.
