This home in Constantia combines modern architecture with classical charm, creating a refined setting for a large SUNFLEX SF25 Frameless Glass Stacking System. The expansive patio opens directly onto the garden and pool, creating a natural transition between the home, entertainment area and the surrounding landscape.
A striking black-and-white checkered floor adds a distinctive colonial character to the space, while the clean lines of the frameless glass enclosure keep the architecture feeling light and open. Beyond the patio, the Constantia garden leads towards the mountains, bringing the landscape into the everyday living experience.
The SF25 allows the entire opening to be transformed depending on the season. When open, the individual glass panels slide, turn and stack neatly away, creating an almost completely unobstructed connection to the pool and garden. When closed, the patio becomes a protected extension of the home, allowing the space to remain comfortable while maintaining the views and natural light.
The result is a versatile outdoor living space where contemporary design, classical detail and the beauty of the Constantia landscape come together seamlessly.
